Business Professionals of America (BPA)

Business Professionals of America is a career and technical student organization with the mission to develop and empower student leaders to discover their passion and change the world by creating unmatched opportunities in learning, professional growth, and service.

Established in 1966, BPA is laser-focused on the professional development and future of our youth, providing the tools, skills, and experiences students need to compete, succeed, and thrive in the business world. We provide student growth opportunities through career exploration, competitive events, leadership development, and community service.

Growth at Niles High School

At Niles High School, our BPA chapter has been thriving since its reactivation just four years ago. In that short time, we have seen exponential growth in our program. This year, we are proud to announce that we are sending 17 students to represent our chapter at the National Leadership Conference, a massive increase from the 8 students who qualified last year.

This milestone reflects our members' hard work, determination, and leadership, as well as the rapidly growing interest in professional excellence here at Niles.
